House located in Bilbao old town, with an original wooden structure.
A renovation was required to reinforce the existing structure whilst improving the living space.
The kitchen and corridor were designed as a wide multifunctional space, which could be enclosed through the use of sliding doors.
Through a detailed study of the storage spaces, new cabinets were designed in the hallway, dressing room, bedrooms and bathroom. Likewise, the lighting system was designed using dimmable LEDs.
The house has been insulated in order to improve the thermal envelope and the energy rating.
